У них там скорее всего какой-нибудь антиспамбот стоит. Так что не прокатит.

Просто составь свой текст и начни его, как говорил знаменитый российский спортивный чиновник, известный безупречным владением английским языком, со слов "лет ми спик фром май харт". :D

Зачем им антиспамбот в принципе, будешь спамить получишь бан :)

Единственное что они не всегда адекватно воспринимают, это если ты будешь ссылаться на чужую петицию, т.к. переписка с саппортом является типа конфиденциальной и не для передачи третьим лицам. Например на форуме ссылаясь на петиции и особенно копируя их текст можно на раз-два словить бан.

I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused, and I can understand how not receiving an achievement would be frustrating. At this time our development team has not identified a specific issue with the achievements in question and I am unable to award it to your character. I will be forwarding this as a bug to our development team, however I suggest also submitting it through the in-game tool:

Type /cs and press enter or click on the ? icon located in the lower left hand corner of your screen.
Click on the Feedback/Bugs tab at the bottom of the dialog box which opens up.
Select the category which most closely relates to the issue or feedback you have.
Write a detailed description in the appropriate boxes (for bugs, only the "Found a Bug?" box is needed).
Left-click the [SEND] button when you are finished.
Please know that it is important for the bug report to come from your character. Not only does it allow you to explain the issue in detail, in your own words, it will also automatically attach critical pieces of character information to your bug report for our QA team to review.

Are you kidding me? This is a RAID WIDE achievements. You checked, that all requirements is done. So EVERY raid member must get this achievement! Why every raid member must write petition and why every petition on common task processed separately? Are you seriously? So we have a random to get achievements? Because every GM decide yes or no based on he/she experience, time to solve etc. Why on my petition you looked at logs and decide yes and why on petition of other raid member you ddidn't looked at logs and just wrote common answer about feedback? Not all raid members can easily write and read on English and even more so to argue, so, as I understand, no way to get achievements to them? And I, as raid leader, can't help to my raid and my guild because you have a bullshit policy?

Интересно, в какой момент я получу бан :)

We evaluate each petition individually and having these other player submit their own petitions will help us with that process. That being said, we've also changed our policies on granting achievements, so there is a chance we might not be able to advance the achievement. So, the other raid members will need to submit their own petitions and we will address those as they show up. В общем на сколько я понял нынешнюю ситуацию, больше никаких коллективных петиций, хочешь ачивку, пиши сам, и, самое главное, не более 1 петиции раз в полгода, веселитесь как хотите.

Я сделал все что мог, дальнейший срач точно приведет к бану :(

We've tryed today to get a "This Little Piggy..." in Mount Sharax, lock #35954.

On Yrlwalach first Corrupting Presence received damage only from Agony of the Deep, Corription and Rippling Infinity abilities, without any damage from us and it died from these abilities, but we didn't get achievement.

Please give this achievement to me.

We've trying 10.09.2017 to get a "This Little Piggy..." in Mount Sharax, lock #35954.

Also, I did as described in the REQUEST #974281. I sent you "Feedback/Bugs" in-game tool during the raid. The answer was not received.
Please give these achievements to me or our raid.

Мне точно такой же ответ пришел... Ненавижу уже этого гма (от него же) он мне пол года уже так отвечает на запросы. Просто какой-то непробиваемый.
